What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook (Meta) Ads for software/SaaS products.
- Scale monthly ad budgets while optimizing CPA & ROAS.
- Analyze performance data and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to drive high-converting campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform changes and performance marketing best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience advertising software, SaaS, or digital products is a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing $10K–$50K+/month ad budgets.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (tracking, pixels, CAPI, attribution).
- Data-driven mindset with experience scaling campaigns sustainably.
- Proactive, growth-focused, and strong communicator.
